Q: How can I change my mailing address?
To change your address visit the Trump Card Center on the main casino floor with identification that shows your new address or you can mail an Address Change Card which you can obtain at the Post Office. Unfortunately, we do not accept address changes via e-mail or phone.

On your next visit to Trump Plaza, stop by the Trump Card Center and they will assist you.

Q: How can I get a copy of my Win/Loss Statement?

If you requested a Win/Loss Statement last year, you will automatically be mailed one this year.  Otherwise, you can access your Win/Loss statement online or you can contact the Hotel Accounting Department at your home property between 10 am and 5 pm EST.

If you have misplaced or did not receive your monthly promotional package, you can call 1-800-677-7787 extension 6230 to request a duplicate.

Q: What is the parking fee?
The standard parking fee is $5.00. Rates subject to change based on availability.

Check-in time is 4pm Monday through Saturday and 6pm on Sundays and Holidays. Check-out time is 12pm.

If your room reservation is not cancelled within 48 hours of your arrival date, your credit card will be charged one night plus tax.

Q: Do you have a pool and exercise facility?
Trump Plaza features an Olympic-style pool located on the 7th floor and is complimentary for all hotel guests. We also have a fitness center featuring a complete line of weight machines, free weights, and cardiovascular equipment. To use the fitness center, there is a $15 fee for registered hotel guests.
